On the hotel premises, you will find comfortable and cozy rooms that ensure both our Guests and their pets a peaceful night’s sleep and a relaxing stay. Our staff will also be happy to provide information about nearby places perfect for walking your dog in a natural setting.
For animals, we have prepared special amenities such as bowls and pet beds, which are provided upon Guests’ request to make their stay as comfortable as possible.
Please be kindly informed that a stay with a dog must be reported already at the reservation stage, at the latest on the day of check-in. This is particularly important for us, as we offer specially designated rooms for Guests traveling with pets. This allows us to ensure comfort for Guests with allergies by accommodating them in rooms where animals are not allowed.
In the event that a dog’s stay is not reported, the Hotel reserves the right to charge a fee in accordance with the applicable regulations.
At the same time, although we love animals, there is a strict ban on bringing pets into the Seasons and Flame restaurants. Due to the large number of Guests and the increased noise level, these areas are not comfortable for animals. We kindly ask that you leave your pets in your hotel rooms while using the restaurants.
